I will graduate with a French undergraduate degree in English studies with a minor in International Relations (IR). As I wanted to continue studying IR at master's level, I was looking for a specialisation as too many new graduates opt for a generic IR graduate degree.

I was accepted into the pre-LLM in Public International Law at the University of Groningen, which is said to be very good. Nevertheless, I wanted to have some feedback on the use of an LLM for someone who is not interested in practicing law but rather having legal "expertise" on international affairs.

Thanks for reading.
