US vs Australia! Fordham(NY), Georgetown(WA) or UNSW(Sydney)?

Ant3179

Hello everyone.
First of all I have to make a premise, I am comparing the same kind of LLM. Indeed I applied for an LLM in International Business and Trade/Commercial Law in all these 3 law schools. I was accepted in Fordham and UNSW, but I am still waiting the Georgetown answer.
Any way what I am really wondering is: does an LLM in the US have more value than one in Australia? To be more specific, does the fact of having studied in the US sound better to the ears of a future employer than having done it in Australia, or it is always the fame of the school the most important thing?
I have this doubt because in the US News World's Best Universities rankings the UNSW is 35th in the social sciences field (Fordham and Georgetown are not even in this specific ranking).
Also, I would like to know if it would be difficult to work some years in Australia after the LLM?
I am also wondering if Georgetown has a good network among New York City law firms, because after the LLM, if I will study in the US, I would like to sit for the NY Bar exam and practice law in NY for a couple of years.
Actually I know that for this purpose it would be better Fordham since it is in NY, but if I get accepted in Georgetown I am really tempted to go there, because it is in the top 15 law schools and has a great reputation in International law (also top 10 in US News in this field).
Please help, thanks!
