I received an overall score of 105 on the TOEFL: 30R, 30L, 24W, and 21S.

UPenn mentions that they expect at least 24 in each section, although it is not an explicit requirement. NYU requires a minimum of 22 in the speaking section.

Do you think I still have a chance of being accepted into these universities with my TOEFL scores?

This wouldn't disqualify you altogether, but it does impact your application. If the rest of the application excels in other ways, you still could have a fair chance at it.
