Hello everyone. I am Roger, a Masters student in Cameroon. I wish to do research in the field of ICT law, at the national or international level. I am somehow at a loss concering suitable and appetising reseach topics. I chose ICT law because it is a branch of law not yet fully exploited in my country (and many other African countries as well). I would welcome any suggestions as to any research topics regarding ICT law or international ICT law.
