Good morning .

I'm looking to do something related to oil and gas /petroleum in either Norway or netherlands.
does anyone have any idea which universities have that available?

Not many. In the Netherlands, check out Groningen's Master of Laws in Energy and Climate Law.

And in Norway, you can look into the University of Oslo's LLM in International Environmental and Energy Law.
