Recent graduate of 2 yr senior status LLB program, looking for anyone who has been approved to take the NY bar with just that law qualification? With the changes in the NY BOLE foreign education evaluation process, responses are taking much longer than predicted and I won't hear back in time to make the Feb '11 exam application deadline. BOLE has suggested I chance rejection with the $750 nonrefundable exam application... would feel a little more comfortable doing so if I hear some success stories.
