I had gotten 109 in my TOEFL exam, however my speaking score is only 23. A few universities which I want to apply to like Georgetown, Boston etc., want a minimum 25 in speaking score as well. However, my IELTS score is matching the application criteria for such universities. Lets say there are other universities like Harvard that only accept TOEFL. Now can I apply through LSAC to both these universities using my IELTS and TOEFL for each of them respectively? Or If I use TOEFL for one university then I wont be able to use my IELTS for others?
