My fiancee is a B.S.L. L.L.B. graduate from India. I am currently searching for a masters program from a US school for her that would guarantee her a job in USA upon completion of the program. I have heard that patent lawyers or law students specializing in IPR get a job much easily. Is this true? She is even ready to change her area of study i.e. go for MBA or other relevant fields. Please suggest me what could be done in this case?
