I would suggest Queen Mary in London.
I heard it is a great place to study IP law.

How about Edinburgh? We offer a number of LLMs in both IT and IP both on-campus and by distance learning. There is also an LLM in Innovation, Technology and the Law that allows you to combine the two. Have a look at our website
