Which do you think are the best, most popular, most exquisite, most yada-yada-yada law schools that offer LL.M programmes in Public International Law? Which do you know that offer also specialisations in International Criminal Law?

I've researched a lot on LLMguide and elsewhere, but I would be most thankful if the replies to this post could also bring other programmes to my attention.

I am most interested in programmes in Europe, but USA would do as well.
