I have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science. Do any schools offer LLM courses for engineers? I have found MIPLC in munich which offers a similar course? are there any other in American or europe?

Have you checked George Washington and University of New Hamps (former Franklin Pierce Law Center)?

I'm pretty sure all LLM programs require a first degree in law (most commonly a JD or LLB).
