Hello...Im in my 4th year of a law/hispanic studies llb at the uni of sheffield and i want to do an llm once i graduate. I was wondering though if its better to get some work experience for a year and then apply or to try and apply straight away??the reason why im asking this is bc i am looking at the top llms (nyu, ucl,lse etc)...will work experience significantly increase my chances?im on a 2:1 at the moment and i speak fluent french and spanish....also does anyone know how good the international legal studies llm at nyu is, and how hard it is to get in??
thank you!
