Can anyone tell me whether an LLM in international law or international trade will be helpful to me as a U.S. attorney in obtaining a position working in Latin America and if so, in what types of positions? Many of the LLM programs of this kind in the U.S. appear to serve primarily students from outside the U.S. who want to obtain the LLM and return to their countries, rather than U.S. students who wish to relocate. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
