I would say the most renowned LLM int'l trade law program is Georgetown because of Prof. John Jackson, who was writing about the GATT when no one else new what it was. A close second, would be Columbia due to its int'l law reputation and faculty members with impressive int'l trade law background. After these two, every other school is a distant third place.
