The International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), a division of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), is looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to manage a caseload of large and complex international arbitration and mediation cases. The international case manager is required to oversee all aspects of case administration. We are looking for an energetic individual who possesses an understanding of the value of high quality client service and working in a team system, as well as someone who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, this candidate must be well organized and be able to multi-task and problem-solve. Postgraduate degree, bar admission, and second language preferred.
