Human rights master

Hi everybody,

Does anyone here have experience of some interdisciplinary human rights master's programs that approach human rights not just from the legal perspective, but from political science, sociology etc.?

I've been wondering what kind of expertise those kind of masters will give you if you want to work in the field of human rights in the future.

I noticed there's one human rights master like this in Vienna, Austria, and it looked quite promising. Any thoughts?

Many universities offer Master of Science in Human Rights, which go beyond Human Rights Law, maybe that is what you are looking for.

Hi there, my friend is currently enrolled to the Vienna Master of Arts in Human Rights program, and based on what she says about it, it's very insightful for her as a lawyer.

They don't just learn the international human rights law, but got classes on psychological aspects of torture etc..

And I heard they just did a week's field trip to Kosovo to meet institutions there and discuss human rights issues. I got the idea that those interdisciplinary human rights programs are quite practical.
