I don't know of any LLM programs that require this, but I was shocked to see that the Master in Advanced Studies at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law (which is deemed to be the equivalent of an LLM) does require high school marks. I'm not sure how much high school marks would affect any application, and I don't know of any other LLM application that requires that information, but generally I would presume that they don't carry a lot of weight.
The whole idea of requiring high school marks seems silly to me, though.
