I talked with copenhagen university about LLM degree, and they told me that there is no differnece betwen a LLM degree and a master degree. Is this true??
Another friend who is taking his masters in Law told me that LLM degree is something betwen master and a Phd. SO i am a bit confused. Pleace help me understand.

Hi!
I know that at least in Sweden and in Scotland, a masters degree (called Magister in Swedish) is just the fourth year of a first degree. It is not a real masters degree, the way an LLM is. This might also apply to Copenhagen.

this depends on the country,,in my country a LLM and a masters in law is the same
