I’m a first year LLB student doing my degree from university of london , through distance education from my home country (a third world country btw) I want to do my LLM from UK in person (corporate law or recently I’ve gotten interested in tech laws), but im scared that I might not be able to do it from the UK.(financial issues ) So I was thinking of doing it from another country like Germany(because I’ve heard it’s cheaper and there’s scholarship options ) . Is it possible ? I assume I’ll have to give an exam related to german law, and then I’ll be eligible for their LLM degree ? If there is such an exam , will I be allowed to sit in it on the basis of my UK LLB degree and give it with self studying ? Also I’ll need to have an IELTS equivalent of German certification ? Lastly if not Germany , then any other country possible ?
