Those members who got into Ivy League colleges to pursue their LLM, could you please tell me a little about what kind of achievements and extra curriculars do they look for/ what did you include in your applications that made them a success?

There is no Ivy League law school. Ivy League is undergraduate schools - not law schools.

Ivy League schools are considered Ivy even after the undergraduate degree level. It’s semantics.

Um..lol. Exactly yes - what Brotem said. The Ivy League constitutes of the kind of community where everything in it and within will be regarded as Ivy including their cuddly animals and therapy dogs/cats ;D Self-explanatory really :) Not to mention some of their professional (law/medical) schools are so prestigious that comparing them to the undergrad faculty would be unjustified. But it is not always about the ivies - some of the schools are not as reputable. Stanford i.e. is just as prestigious if not more and much harder to get into.

Target schools that fit your personality and area of interests. the first step.

Hi!
My top achievements are completing my undergrad cum laude, I have 2 years work experience at the top law firm in my country, I’ve volunteered in many social outreach projects and I started an NGO in university, which is still going.

Everyone will have different focuses and achievements but hope this helps.

If we want to get technical, the Ivy League is just the name of interscholastic sports league these 8 schools participate in. That notwithstanding, the five law schools are also Ivy League.
