I chose the Program at the Vienna Law School because of the biographies and publication lists of the professors. I decided to do the LL.M. International Legal Studies because I'm interested in International Economic Law (rather than only Business Law) as well as particularly Investment Arbitration. The professors teaching here in Vienna are soooo experienced (and well known),
In addition, the program costs less than many others, and Vienna is a beautiful city where the offer on academic talks and lectures is larger and wide-ranged. Vienna is a very intellectual and thinking city. The people really read MANY high quality magazines if you go and listen to lectures at the University, Diplomatic Academy, or Institutes like the IWM (Institut für Wissenschaft vom Menschen). Many lectures are in English, so I didn't have to learn any German for it !!

How many students are there in the LL.M.? Can you have discussions with the teachers, or are they unapproachable?

Do you think Vienna is a nice place to live in?

What do you do now? Do you think it is easy to work in an NGO or in an IO after this LL.M.?

Do you think this LL.M. has a good reputation?
