Hi !! I´m beginning an LL.M. degree in Germany after a french Maîtrise en droit des affaires and an also french DEA en droit privé. I would like to get an advice. My question is the following : is it better to specialize and to make another Master (ex french DESS) or to begin what we call in France a thèse de doctorat ?
This question might only be answered by french people :)
PS : I would like to work in a law company in a department of corporate law /M&A
what would you do ??????
