Could anyone please advise on the University's LLM program?

I am studying Information and Communication Technology law, (or ICT Law) after living in Norway for almost a year, i must say that the best law school in norway is still University of Oslo, without any intention to underestimate UiT, it is still far away for UiT to compete with UiO especially in terms of Master of Law program.
