At Assas, you can apply for a Master 2 of "Droit des affaires et fiscalité" (Corporate and Taw Law), "Droit bancaire" (banking? law)... On corporate matters, Assas is the best university in France.

At Sorbonne, the joint-degree with Columbia "globalisation économique" (economic globalization) which is one of the best Master 2 in France...

To sum up:
- Assas: corporate matters
- Sorbonne: international matters
