Scholarship - Geneva Academy Humanitarian Law 16/17

Hey guys, how you're doing?

I decided to open an specific thread for the scholarship applications.

I understand that the deadline is the end of this month, but I'm really worried because I've heard of some people that already got their offer and there's no sign of mine.

Any thoughts on this? Do people receive offers after the deadline?

Do they send offers to the very end of the month?

You can see I'm desperate. :(

Many thanks in advance.

If you're stuck between deadlines for acceptance from other schools and waiting for the offer from the academy, I'd recommend to play safe and not to wait for it. The discussions from the last year (https://llm-guide.com/board/europe/geneva-academy-llm-2016-17-193343/2) show that they send rejections quite untimely. Plus, at least two people from this thread (https://llm-guide.com/board/europe/geneva-academy-llm-2017-18-applicants-197551/2) (including myself) got their offers on 3 March. Others either applied through a non-scholarship track or did not respond to my modest question about the day they've received their scholarship preselection offer.

Hope it helps!

UPD: did some further research and found that in 2015 some applicants got their scholarship offers at the end of March (https://llm-guide.com/board/europe/adh-application-185336/2).

Same here. Still no reply from the Academy. I'm assuming I got rejected...I just wanted to hear something from them so I could stop having a mild heart attack everytime I get an email notification.
