hi emitu. obviously no one can predict whether or not you will be successful as that depends on many factors: grades, your personal statement, your references, the other people applying. it also depends on the university you apply to. it's much harder to get into oxford, or the LSE, than it is to other UK universities for example. The LSE's requirements for Ethiopian students, however, is a "Master's degree with overall mark of B+ or GPA of 3.5". If you satisfy that criterion then you don't lose anything by applying.
