I'm interested in sending an application for the llm programme "International Human Rights Law and Protection of Environment" of Charles university in Prague. However, it's noted that the deadline for submissions is 30th of April, but the opening date is not specified. Considering that a large number of programmes I've seen start receiving applications in October, is it possible to send it then to them as well, and get a relatively quick response?
