Public International Law

Hi There!

I'm going to apply for the master's programme in "Public International Law" the very next year. Currently, I'm thinking about going tot the Netherlands. I did my little research and I came to the idea that the two very best programmes in "PIL" are in Leiden and Groningen.

Can you possibly give me some insight about which programme is better and why? I would appreciate that very much!
