Hey,
Is anybody getting university housing? If so, do you know if the rooms for LLM students come with beds? The housing offer for De Klok, for example, says "furnishings" included -- but some of the LUC students said the rooms are not furnished, or never come with beds.
Basically, if the lease begins September 1st, it's going to be pretty hard to find a bed etc. before classes start!

Hey, yeah i'm in uni housing - I'm at Hooigracht!
According to my contract, the apartment I have been assigned is fully furnished - bed included! If your offer states that furnishings are included then I'd be pretty surprised if there was no bed!
Have you tried emailing them to verify this?

Hey, yeah I sent an e-mail. My contract doesn't mention this -- I assumed. Wish me luck if I'm sleeping on the wooden floor in the beginning!

Haha! Good luck! But I sincerely hope this is not the case ;)

Hey
From what I saw on the site, the rooms for international students at De Klok do come furnished and you can buy some sort of welcome pack that includes pillows and blankets and stuff. Its only the LUC local students who furnish there own. I don't remember where I saw this tho so probably best not to take my word for it!
Good luck
Mat

Hey guys, I'm doing the PIL LLM .. Does anyone know what size beds are in De Klok!? I didnt purchase the linen package, I'd rather bring my own, but I dont know what size to buy. And I also remember reading somewhere that LUC is the only building that you have to bring your own furnishings...

Hello, does any one knows which is the best LLM in International Tax, many people had told me the best ones are NY, Florida and Vienna, others told me Leiden but about Leiden some others had told me that Leiden is a master for kids because one can not see any real case which is really useless. Is it true? Please help!!!
Several profs at University of London (different colleges) gave Leiden nothing but positive reviews. I would suggest it's the reason why they can charge double the cost of Vienna for what others argue is "almost the same course." Prof. Van Raad who heads the course is most respected in tax circles.

Hi guys,
I attended Leiden Law School and obtained a LL.M. degree in advanced PIL this year.
Is anyone interested to buy used law books? (New ones are expensive!)
I\'ll be in Leiden for my graduation from August 23th to 29th.
