LLM in International Human Rights in Europe

Hey guys,
I am a Japanese student majoring in law, and would love to study International Human Rights Law. I am currently checking upon some program to which I will send my application.
As my concern so far, Lund University and Utrecht University seem to have great program. I am also looking up some program in UK as well.
Since I am studying in Japan, it is not so easy to get information about LLM program in Europe. Which university is strong for this field and offer good program??
I will really appreciate for your opinions, and any comments could be useful for me. Thanks guys, cheers.

What ever you decide, do not apply to the MASIO program at the University of Zurich because you will have only 1 or 2 day of classes per week on human rights and the rest is free time. You will not learn. Save your money or spend it somewhere else.
