I know it depands on subject of LLM but, in general, which of the following uni would you consider as having the highest reputation?

University of Cologne
University of Bonn
University of Dusseldorf
Maastricht University

and other closeby university?

I would rank them in the following order:

1) Maastricht University
2) University of Cologne
3) University of Dusseldorf
4) University of Bonn

If you are looking for a University in Germany that is in Nordrhein-Westfalen and has a good reputation in law I'd rather go for Bielefeld or Bochum.

If you are looking for a University in Germany that is in Nordrhein-Westfalen and has a good reputation in law I'd rather go for Bielefeld or Bochum.
