Hi, my name is Marsya and I am currently a student from Indonesia.
I have been planning to pursue my LLM degree (for International Tax Law) in the EU, and I have been thinking about some Universities that I already put on my list. I actually have been thinking about Leiden, Tilburg, and Maastricht (in the NL), and Wirtschaftsuniversitat Wien or WU (in Austria). All of those universities that I mentioned before, offer the LLM studies in International Tax Law and International Business Tax Law.
One of my biggest reasons why I want to pursue my LLM degree in International Tax Law or International Business Tax Law is mainly because I want to get in-depth knowledge in Transfer Pricing field.
BUT I recently opened ITC Leiden official website ( https://www.itc-leiden.nl/en/news-release-itc-leiden-erasmus-university ) and it says that ITC Leiden is ACTUALLY will be joining its forces with Erasmus Rotterdam University and IT DOES offer the LLM Advanced Studies in Transfer Pricing for Multinational Enterprises, which is, honestly, excites me more than the rest of the other programs offered. The link that I attached said that the program will be opened in 2019. You can see the details of the new program here ( https://search.nvao.net/files/57555b6d469ae_004218%20advies%20ULeiden%20wo-ma%20Advanced%20Studies%20in%20Transfer%20Pricing%20for%20Multinational%20Enterprises.pdf )
I want to ask, is there anyone here who's also aware of this thing? Does this program sounds legit to you? and since I am planning to enrol myself to get my LLM degree in 2019, should I wait for this program to actually start or planning to get alternatives at the program offered by the other Universities on my list? Which one do you think will be the best one for me since I want to get in-depth studies SPECIFICALLY for Transfer Pricing?
Your comments and feedbacks will be highly appreciated! Thank you!
