You have French class in Sorbonne Assas University, the teachers are very good, you will learn fast.

Take classes, certainly. But also make sure you immerse yourself in activities where you'll be exposed to - and forced to - speak French.
Honestly it can be hard to work on your language skills while studying in English (I'm assuming this is what you're doing.) You take classes in English and you're surrounded by international students who all speak English and so the default is usually English.
It's going to be hard to learn French in situations like that, so you have to get out and experience the place outside of the school.
Oh, and don't expect to become fluent in one year. Without some prior studies, it's almost impossible.
