Hie,
I applied some months back, but no reply as yet.
The website states that the applications would be processed by the 30th of April, but I do not wish to presume anything

That's very nice. I got a rejection from Kings, but I hold offers from UCL (no Int Tax LLM though) and Queen Mary. I didn't apply to Leiden, I hope I won't need to :)

Hi to all.
Has anyone been admitted to the 2014/2015 FULL time programme?

Wait-listed too. I guess it means waiting for a miracle to happen. Suppose everyone's on the waiting list except those admitted. I am going to stage a god damn protest in front of the faculty :-)... light my self on fire

Waiting List :(

No, I haven't tried. Vienna was my only hope. Now I'll have to rethink everything...what about you? Any suggestions? Something not so difficult to enter but of high quality, and post-expirience type...I'm an employed guy...

Be hopeful! :D
For all in the waiting list, they haven't rejected our application outright! There's still hope, no matter how minute it may be!
Otherwise, how about post qualification course in International Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants?
I have little idea because Ive taken up the weekend batch in my home Country, India. So that ways it synchronises with work/ job too!

I think it doesn't exist in Serbia (my home country). As for the chances, what diminishes them even more is the fact that we are not alone on the list. Probably everyone's on it. So, not everyone can make it from the s-load into the real nice load of taxmen.
P.S. I used to be a taxhole, now I'm an a**hole :-)))). or vice versa maybe fits better.

Looking at the profiles of people from previous generations of the program, it seems to me that this is not intended for people without career achievements. :-( I have barely started my career.

Good Luck my friend, I think you have chances, because not everybody who was admitted will choose this LLM.
For examples, I was admitted. However I am still waiting for a response from Leiden. I am not sure which LLM I will choose. By the way, anyone here can help me? Which LLM is better? Vienna or Leiden? Thank you!

Leiden is probably more presigious, and it won't cost that much. And it suits me that you go to Leiden so that I can jump in... :-))))))))

I have been in leiden for the summer course and i know many collegues who attended master in leiden. It is for sure well recognized for the tax treaty course but in general wien now is more attractive. First of all in wien the students are not more than 25 usually but in leiden are about 50. Wien has a more comparative approach and so us more professional oriented.

Srdjan, I am considering to study in Leiden and for sure there are other guys in the same situation! So, as I told you, you are still in the game... think positive!
Stefano, many thanks. The comparative approach is an interesting difference... I think that your analysis was very realistic. If I am accepted by Leiden, I will have a doubt and a 'good' problem to solve!
