ILF Frankfurt Degree conferred by Faculty of law?

Dear all,
I have been admitted to LLM International Finance 2015/16 at Institute for Law and Finance.

I just wish to know if the LLM degree is conferred by the Faculty of Law of Goethe University Frankfurt or conferred by the ILF?

Is there a graduate who can tell me that? It' really important to me.

The LL.M. Finance degree is conferred by the Faculty of Law of Goethe University Frankfurt
