Hello everybody!
I need help. I'm not sure if I am eligible to apply for this scholarship. They say on their website that among other requirements one must study towards a masters degree in the Netherlands. Does this mean that I already have to study for a masters degree in my home country and then continue it in the Netherlands? Also, there is a requirement that if one already graduated, he/she must have graduated less than 2 years ago. Does this concern people who are applying for PhD? Or it concerns the bachelor's degree. So, if I got my bachelor's degree more than 2 years ago, I am not eligible? Is this necessary?
