Erasmus Program

What are your opinions on doing a year of your undergraduate degree in a european country, namely Sweden, Spain or Lithuania?

I recently read the Puppilage Guide 2006 that hopeful solicitors should strongly consider it due to large firms holding offices all over, but what about those who whish to move to an LLM and the Bar?
Would it be more relevant for those away from the very respected insitutions (Oxbridge, LSE and the likes)?

Thanks for your input.

I don't think it has all that much effect on either LLM applications or work at the bar. However if you would like to do some international law it would probably be useful. I also think that the opportunity to get to grips with another jurisdiction can only help your legal studies generally. Finally those who undertook erasmus programs when I was an u/g for some unknown reason did comparatively way better in their finals than those that did not
