Hey, I'm re-applying! I had applied for 2020-21, but then couldn't get in. Applying with a greater vigor.

Hey everyone, I'm planning to apply to GA IHL as well. Did anyone submit their application yet? With/ without scholarship?

I think so. If I'm not mistaken, it wasn't there before.

Since you are re-applying, do you have any information about the translation of certificates and documents and how they are supposed to be presented? Do I need them to be presented according to the Hague Apostille, or would a sorw translation suffice?

Hi! I'm from Brazil and I'm still in college, but I found out about the Geneva Academy recently and I really want to study there! However, I am insecure about some topics, such as academic record, I always had a good record, but last year, during pandemic, I had some strong family problems and I failed two modules of my semester, I just wanted to know if this can be a factor that cannot be supplied by other qualities, such as other educational qualifications, political activism and volunteering, as well as experience in the area.I'm already grateful for the attention! I wish you all a great experience and congratulations

Hello, I also applied to the Geneva Academy, for the LL.M in IHL & HRL.

I am already anxious, getting admitted into the program will be a lifeline in my career as a IHL & HR practitioner. I am uneasy because I applied under the full scholarship track and I am sure the admission process is extremely competitive being that G.A is a highly ranked prestigious academic institution.

Anyways, all the best to everyone who applied, I am rooting for all of us!

I don't think this ought to be a problem, especially if you explain it to them. You could always try to get a letter of recommendation from one of your professors atesting to how you overcame that. Btw, I'm from Brazil as well, would love to have another brazilian there.

Same, I have still to come to terms with having to wait until March for the results.

I have just read the thread from 2019 and it seems we're in on a rough ride when it comes to waiting. I applied day before the deadline so I don't expect to hear from them among the first ones.

Yeah, me too. I applyed the day before yesterday, but I know it is going to be a while. I've convinced myself I won't here anything before March just to try and stay focused on my day to day life until there.

Did anyone get a confirmation for the receipt of the admission fees? I think it should have arrived by now but they didn't send me any email.

I wasn't even aware that they send some kind of confirmation email about the receipt of the admission fee. If they do, I personaly did not get one (yet?).

I sent the recipt of the payment to the admission email and they answered with the confirmation. But I don't think it is mandatory to do that.
