Hi guys!

I'd like to apply for some holland university for September 2022 intake.

Since I have to complete my documentation, I'd like to file my application for March 2022.

Is it too late in your opinion?

I always consider just the deadline application, beacuse no reference was made about the opening dates or the rule of valutation on a rolling bases.

All university in which I am interested in have June or July as deadlines.

Thank you!

Hi, all. I received an email from GA an hour ago.

GA sent me an email saying my profile is better suited for MTJ instead of the the LLM Intl Humanitarian Law and Human Rights I applied for. I contacted a recent graduate and I was told that this is the first time she has heard of GA initiating a programme change. I don't know if this situation is good or not. Should I tell GA to consider me for the MTJ or stay with my original LLM choice? Additionally, I was waitlisted for LLM Intl Law in IHEID.

I guess it depends if you would be interested in the MTJ or not...maybe it means that if you decide to change you would be directly admitted? You could try to call the Academy and ask more information about it, this way you can decide what is the best choice for you

can I ask you when you sent your application?

Hi. I sent my application on the 24th of February. I'm on the phone with my mentors as of writing and they are encouraging me to go for the MTJ. I've also looked at the programme courses and found it as attractive as the LLM. My only issue is the opportunities after graduating. I need to make a decision soon because GA said that they need it asap.

Then i would say go for it 1f4aahonestly I don't think there is that much difference on the opportunities after graduating, for example the internships are the same for both programs. The MTJ just concentrates more on the Transitional phase but it still gives students knowledge on human rights and IHL
Good Luck!

I think MTJ is an equally good programme. However, the decisions rests solely with you. All the best in your decision. If you do not mind, did you apply under the scholarship or non-scholarship track?

Hi. I applied for the non-scholarship track. I've long given up on hopes for a scholarship because where I come from, GPAs above 3.0 is as rare as inheriting the estate of a long lost billionaire uncle.
