Hi!
I have been admitted to the same LLM as you! I´m also looking forward to it! there are many websites with rooms and apartments to rent in Utrecht, have you seen them?

I have seen the SSH Solutions but my experience from european hotels tells me that I cannot understand the size of a room by a photo!I was wondering what is the right way of finding a proper room. You?Where are you from?

Maybe going there is the best solution...why not book holidays in Holland? I have some friends in Holland and I ll ask them some help for that purpose!

Hey everyone. This is Burak from Istanbul. I have been accepted to the International Law of Human Rights and Criminal Justice.
I'm currently waiting for the results of some scholarship applications of mine, which will actually decide if I'm able to go Utrecht or not.
Hope to see you there in September!

Hello everyone!
Congrats on being accepted at Utrecht Law! I applied for their Int'l Business Law and Globalization program. Although the admissions office acknowledge receipt of my application on late march, I still haven't received any news about it. Could you guys tell me how long did it take for you to receive an offer?? Thanks in advance!
Cheers!

hey diego, are u applying for a scholarship? I am applying for one and i was told that they will deliberate by first week of may. i am not sure though if you opt for regular admission, i think that should be quick.
why dont u shoot them an email and follow it up? they respond quite fast.

Joga, thanks for your info. That was quite fast, but I assume you live in Europe as well, right? The mail delivery system must be faster than overseas deliveries. For which program did you apply for?
Nic1746, thanks for your reply. No, I'm not applying for scholarship. Which program do you intend to go to? I sent an email two weeks ago and they told me they would answer within a week...but nothing till now. Guess I should drop them another email and play the annoying-prospective-student role!!
Cheers!

I applied to International Law of Human Rights and Criminal Justice programme. The admission letter was first sent through an e-mail (on April 15th), and then I received it as regular mail within a week. The reason for you not to hear from the university yet should be that we applied different programmes.

I applied for LLM in Law and Economics on December 25th 2008 and I received the acceptance letter on April 2009!!!Consider the fact that I am European!

just follow it up. for some reason, the one who replies to my emails is always different from the previous one who responded. I applied for Human Rts.

Hey there guys,
I am Victor Toledo and I was also admitted to the Utrecht University (LLm in International Business Law and Globalization - September).
Well, as the housing issue poses as a serious obstacle to overcome in Utrecht I am now a little concerned about finding the best place to live.
The thing is that I am not sure if its better to live in the Uithof, at the Cambridgelaan (closer to the international students from different backgrounds), or maybe live closer to the city centre once our classes will take place at the Janskerkhof.
So I am now considering tree main address and would really appreciate if some of you guys could give me any kind of tips.
These are the address: 1 - Cambridgelaan 186, 3584CE, Utrecht (this one is in the Uithof); Kriekenpitplein 105, 3584EH, Utrecht (I have some doubts about facilities such as transportation, supermarkets, etc); and Van Lieflandlaan 30, 2571 AC, Utrecht (it´s a shared apartment with 10 rooms, 1,7 km from Janskerkhof).
Expect to hear from you guys soon.
