Does anyone know of an LLM Program online or through distance learning that takes credits from a previous LLM Program.

I work for Edinburgh Law School's online distance learning programs and so can only talk about its LLM degrees.

It may be possible to transfer credits to one of the LLM degrees that are offered by online distance learning depending on the syllabus covered on the courses taken, when you studied them and if they have actually been used to five you an award such as an LLM or Postgraduate Certificate in Law.

If you have been awarded an LLM or Postgraduate Certificate in Law then you would not be able to transfer your credits to one of the LLM degrees offered by online distance learning at Edinburgh Law School.

From what I have seen, most will transfer in up to 9 credits of the 24 (or so) credit degree, but that is about the max.
