Does anyone know if there is a JSD or similar degree that can be earn online or by distance education (nonresidency, excluding Thomas Jefferson) from a legitimate law school?

I am not sure of any from top US law schools that do not require a period of two semesters in residence. There are some UK schools that formerly offered 'part-time' PhDs, which essentially meant that the students did the research from home with occassional visits to the university, however, due to recent UK Border Agency and immigration law changes, I believe this possibility is no longer available due to the visa restrictions.
