Could you please provide me information relating to distance learning courses in contracts drafting and negotiation (particularly relating to commercial contracts, technology contracts, software and trademark licensing agreements) .

I know a great book coming out on it that contextualize drafting amongst legal systems: Cynthia M Adams is the author, Kluwer will be the publisher - maybe it's out?

I just learned that from our summer program at the University of Nice (France), our Prof. Stephen Novak is offering a Contract Drafting online course via live web-cam based lectures.

The course has a special focus on IP rights (he is general counsel for a Chinese pharm. manufacturer). This may fit into your requirement.

I do not know if the course is full (we can handle up to 20 online) but if you send me an email - I will pass it onto the Registrar. You will need permission from your law school to transfer the credits from our law school. I think the course begins next week.
