Ok, I just got the recommendation from the NCA...
They're telling me to write 10 challenge exams...10! Of course, there's the option of going back to school and take the courses, but I'm still puzzled.

Are there other US lawyers here who have been told to write these many exams? (Btw, I'm a member in good standing in the state of NY and yes I had good grades and worked for about a year when I applied)

Thanks in advance. I just want to know whether the NCA is inconsistent and/or if I should appeal.

Guys, please help!

I am assessed by the NCA to take the exams in 9 subject areas or enroll them. I plan to take the challenged exams. Any tips on how I would go about it? Do you know of anyone selling NCA notes in Calgary? Thank you.
