I am sitting for the bar next February in NY. I wonder what prep courses have you taken and what are their advantages and disadvantages towards competitors?

Currently thinking about either barbri, llm bar exam or themis. Please share your experience and thoughts.

Two friends of mine are taking barbri and mostly people take the video classes from barbri and study the essays.As for the multiple choice questions you need to do a lot of practice tests.

From July 2016 the New York Bar is converting to the Uniform Bar Exam(UBE) so be sure to confirm with people before you register.

I highly recommend LLM Bar Exam. I took their prep from May to July 2014 and in November I found out I had passed the NY Bar!

I studied with a group of 5 students from different schools and different backgrounds. We all passed the Bar! I mean, I believe there is no much to discuss about: LLM students have much higher chances to pass the Bar with LLM Bar Exam! #strengthinnumbers
