Hey guys I wanted to ask a question on New York Bar Exam Eligeability (I know I'm one of those). I've sent out my documents but I'm very nervous so I'm wondering if you guys might let me know what hte chances are esp. those of you who have done this before.
I Have recieved a Joint Honours Degree from Uni of Edinburgh. It was LLB with Hons Law with Business Studies.
it was 4 years in length and one of the years I was abroad.
On my letter stating that I have satisfied the academic requirement, my teacher is listing that "he has finished and passed this subject, that subject, this subject, all of which are required to go on and practice as a solicitor"
What do you guys think?
I'm mainly worried about the joint honours thing, I mean it is an LLB but a "combined degree" I thought of it as a "double major"
Anyone from the UK do something similiar and apply to the New York Bar?
Thank you
