It will be very much helpful if anyone could give me practical advice on New York Bar Exam February 2012. I am very keen to register and sit for the exams at the next intake. I advised my law degree institution to submit the academic transcript with my BOLE ID on it to the board more than 3 and a half months ago without an acknowledgement letter from the Board.
I have taken all the reasonable means to contact the Board but no response and thier contact telephone number is always on automated voice message. I understand from the board website that it takes 8-12 weeks to respond to the eligibility of foreing law graduates.
Is there anyone in similar situation or has anyone hears from them?. Help please!

Hey, just to let you know, I signed up online in late December 2011 and then sent in everything around January. Still haven't heard anything... Getting anxious! Seems we are in the same boat. I will let you know if I FINALLY hear anything..

The same here. I sent all the docs in February, heard nothing from them so far!

eligibility letter usually is sent 7 weeks after Bole receives the transcripts.

I got a reply from the NY BAR. I was given a go ahead to register in April 2012 for the July 2012 exam.

I submitted my documents in late April.
