Hi

I get confused with some things relating to LLM, bar exam, practice in NY and hope someone can confirm. In my initial thoughts,

1. LLM is for those graduating from foreign jurisdictions outside of the US
2. After completing an LLM in the US (approved schools), LLM holders are able to sit bar exams in NY, CA ... (anyone more?)
3. In addition to LLM from a US school, a candidate must hold a practice license in his home country to sit bar exams.
4. If someone graduates from a common law country, LLM and a practice license are all waived.

Hope you can confirm one to one for me. All comments are welcomed.

Besides, anyone has an email address of http://www.nybarexam.org , please provide. I wanted to ask NY bar but failed to find out one.
