I did LL.M from Indain university and havin Bar experience and teaching expereince in LAW.Shall i take bar exam in USA in any state to get elegibility to practice.Now i am at Boston on H4 visa.

I think you should take the bar in a state you plan on practicing in. I think your LLM has to be from a U.S. law school, before you can take the bar in the U.S. (unless you meet the minimum years of U.S. law training experience at a law firm or under a judge/mentor?. I don't recall how long that is, but look on the bar requirement websites.) What is your area of specialization with the H4? You probably should try to pass the bar in at least one U.S. state, just in case your employer does not plan on sponsoring you for a greencard. A bar license might help you someway.
