USyd vs ANU LLM - International Law

starke

Hi everyone,

I'd like to know, which uni is better in the field of international law? USyd or ANU? Both of these uni were Jessup champions in the last 2 yrs, so i guess both of them has a good international law program.

I'd be very grateful if someone can share their experience while studying at USyd or ANU, especially for the LLM program, in international law subjects (International Environmental Law, Law of the Sea, etc). Are the classes interesting? Are the lecturers great at teaching the subjects? Thanks so much for sharing!

I may be too late to reply on this post.

But it will certainly help other prospective students looking for a quality program in International Law and International Security Law that ANU has one of the best international law program in the world. It matches the standards of the best of its peers in USA and UK.

And you realize this fact when you go to universities like Harvard, Princeton, Yale and Oxford. The faculties and students in these students perceive ANU as an only Australian institution which matches their standards.

I would suggest every prospective student who is interested in pursuing International Law from one of the best universities in world to seriously consider ANU. The cost effective structure at ANU is also an additional bonus for students with a tight budget as the tuition fees and accommodation costs in Canberra is lowers than other of its international peers.
